Role Plays and Recruitment Simulation – D3 Manajemen Perusahaan UNIDHA

As part of student preparation for facing work environment, it is important to study the job requirement and key competencies that valuable for organisations. Thus, simulation exercise in the recruitment process is the standard practice among vocational study at Enterprise Management department of UNIDHA. This activity is beneficial to develop students’ technical experience from the point of view of the interviewer as well as the interviewee.

To conduct the simulation, the students are divided into two major groups (interviewer and interviewee). The first mentioned group is expected to prepare and ask job-related questions in order to assess the best candidates for particular positions in the organisation. The later group would play as a job seeker that has to convince the interviewer so that they get hired as employees. Using simulations and role plays, students can measure their own abilities and develop their hidden potential to become successful employers or prospective employees.
